Policies:

• Open mid-March through mid-November
• Check in: after 2:00p.m.
• Check out: by 11:00a.m.
• No in-door smoking. No pets
• Payment: Cash or Check
• Rates subject to 6% PA sales tax and 1.1% Lancaster County local tax.
• $10 additional may be charged for a 1 night's stay on weekends.
• Rooms are reserved with a check deposit.
• Can accommodate family reunion, scout or church groups up to 24 people
• Cancellation policy:
  • A $25 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.
  • If you cancel your stay 10 days prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded (less $25 cancellation fee).
  • If you cancel your stay less than 10 days prior to arrival your deposit will be refunded (less $25 cancellation fee) only if we are able to re-rent the room for your entire stay.
